Power Source

The Power Source tag covers the simulator's adjustable supplies, as opposed to fixed batteries: bench DC supplies and AC sources whose voltage and frequency can be set. AC sources let circuits show sine waves, transformers, diode clipping and rectification, and RC or RLC frequency response, while an adjustable DC supply lets the voltage be swept to see how a load responds. For example, "Full Wave Rectifier" feeds an AC source through diodes into a resistor and shows the rectified output on the oscilloscope.
