Battery

A battery is a fixed DC voltage source with a positive and a negative terminal, and in DCACLab it is the most common way to power a circuit. Community circuits tagged Battery range from a single lamp and switch to series and parallel networks used to check Ohm's law and Kirchhoff's laws with measured voltages and currents. For example, "Circuit analysis using kirchhoff current law" splits the current from one battery across several resistor branches so the branch currents can be added up and compared.
